My religious views have been fluctuating a lot for the last 10 years. It got influenced by many factors, social, political, intellectual, and other shit. But my mind almost settled on picking agnosticism; I would believe in god if I got the proof that convinces me. And I got one, actually more than one, JOSH HOMME, DAVE GROHL , TRENT REZNOR , and hundreds of other Rock & Roll gods.

Josh Homme, WTF man !!
cant you stop creating awesome music! , since you started with Kyuss (if you don’t know them, shoot yourself), and you are in steam roller of success, each album is a masterpiece, from Kyuss to Queens Of The Stone Ages, to all of the other side projects you have done.

And "…Like Clockwork" is no exception.

At my first listen I was disappointed a little, because every time I hear that Homme is writing new music, I expect something in the Stoner vine of Kyuss or early QotSA. But as I said, Homme is a GOD, and if Gods fart, that has a purpose. …Like Clockwork is more doomy and darker, than the previous QotSA albums, and despite having long list of collaborators, Dave Grohl, Trent Reznor, Elton John, among others, you feel that the album of Josh Homme, is a message, a God’s presentation to us, the humble human beings.

In "…Like Clockwork", Josh Homme takes QotSA into the roots of Rock and Roll more than any album before, while keeping QotSA signatures, loud and crunchy, robotic guitars.

I don’t want to go and crack down the album track by track, such albums are bigger than such a thing, they are sacred, and you either take a leap of faith and listen to it from track one to the end or don’t come near of it. But let me tell you, if you love QotSA, love good rock and roll shit, you will love this album. If you didn’t feel that from the first listen, give it a couple of more chances, if you didn’t get into it, then I’m sorry, you need to be incarnated, cause you are possessed by the devil and its letting the passages of GOD get into your heart.
