Highlights:  Since nothing, Killing

Retaliatory measures is death/thrash metal band from Finland , the band was formed in  2009, 'Withdrawal syndrome" is the first full length album by the band , which was released in 2012 by the German label Massacre Records.

This heavy bomb begins with a massive blasting track, "The offering", which introduces you to a journey full of heavy riffs and twisted techniques, the album continues with "Withraw", a typical thrash tempo with heavy aggressive growling, a brilliant solo , and some dark keyboard touches. After that, a real death/death metal track entitled "decompose" , this track will satisfy your ears if you are into this particular genre .

And the same goes for the track "Pharynx", but with a brilliant melodic solo and a fast drumming tempo that would make you head-fucking-band involuntarily. And what really attracted me to this album is the keyboard touches in tracks "soap" and "Revulse", these touches added a unique flavor to this album. There are also two tracks I really like a lot in this album, one of them is the track "Threshold", and the other one is called "Killing", these two tracks blasted my head with the solos , heavy riffs , and fast brutal drumming techniques .

Then the album ends with an expected track, and this was my favorite, its the track "Since nothing", this track is just different than the other tracks of this album because the band added clean vocals this time, in addition to the brutality and the speed as in the rest of the tracks also with a great guitar solo before the brutal end of the track and the whole album .

Retaliatory measures  is a recommended album for the fans of thrash metal and death metal, also for the fans of bands such as Deathchain and Death. This albums is a huge step for such a hard working musicians like the members of Retaliatory Measures .
