If Dream Theater's theatrical sound is the result of six, hard-working musicians, then doing it with one musician will be some kind of impossible task. Apparently, that's not the case with Bader Nana, the talented Lebanese musician. His debut album, "Wormood", is just an amazing piece of Progressive Metal/Rock, that I believe can compete head on with any Dream Theater album. It may not win but the result will be as if an unknown team played against FC Barcelona or Real Madrid and managed to make it to the last 5 minutes of the game without any goals passing their net.
This album is one complete piece of art and, just like a painting, you can't just look from one corner and think you get it. "Wormood" is an album to be listened to from the first second to the last second and, if you are a real prog-head, you will be guaranteed a euphoric listening experience by the end.
The only thing that may be a little disappointing is the high similarity between "Wormood" and Dream Theater's music (duh). The album failed to launch into its own signature and if Bader Nana can overcome this, he can take the La League title -- oh, I mean, make a name of his own.
